Anthropometry

Anthropometry is the measurement of the human body. It is used to assess the nutritional status of individuals and population groups for population-based surveys, for program monitoring and evaluation, to screen for medical conditions, and as entry criteria for nutrition support programs. Common nutrition-related anthropometric measures are height, weight, and mid-upper arm circumference.
